Thanks for all your Company’s help with the installation of the Clean Space system. The Sea Island home we remodeled was experiencing significant crawl space moisture problems which resulted in elevated levels of mold and wood rot. The elevated moisture levels also caused musty odor problems in the home. The system your Company installed included drain tile, sump pumps, Clean Space liner, and dehumidifiers. After the system was installed the humidity levels have remained below 55% RH, and the musty odors have subsided. The home also had water intrusion issues which the sump systems have eliminated.
We were experiencing flooring and moisture problems with a new home we had completed on St Simons Island. Installation of Clean Space on the home eliminated condensation with the HVAC duct system which was causing the problem. Once the system was completed, moisture levels in the crawl space dropped below 50% RH and the cupping of the oak floors quickly subsided.

As you know, your company recently concluded an extensive mold remediation and reconstruction project in our 1925 Ardsley Park home. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for your hard work on this project, and the great results you achieved.
Our nightmare started in January, when we discovered that a built-in, stand-alone icemaker in our kitchen had been leaking into the wall and flooring for some period of time without any visible indications. After a visit from our plumber informed us that we had a serious mold and wood damage problem throughout the first floor of our home, we began soliciting bids for the remediation and reconstruction project. We were not at all pleased with the contractor engaged by our insurance company, and after meeting with you, and hearing your assessment of the problem and needed repairs, we engaged your company to undertake the work.
Although we had to be out of our home for a month, we could not be happier with the quality of the work your company and subcontractors performed. The needed demolition was carried out quickly and efficiently, the remediation of the mold and the structural repairs were done professionally and with excellent containment, and the painters and flooring specialists restored our house to a point where it actually looks far better than it did before. The new hardwood floors are simply beautiful.
This was a very difficult time for our family, bit it made the ordeal much easier knowing that we had a contractor we could trust. We know that the work would be done right, and as fast as possible without compromising the quality of the job. Thanks again for a job well done.

I purchased a house in September 2007 when Georgia had a severe drought. At the time of the purchase, my crawl space was dry. One day in spring of 2008, and to my horror, I found standing water in my crawl space and the entire crawl space was situated with water. The mold had started spreading onto the floorboards and floor joists. I askeda couple of house inspectors to inspect my crawl space and I was advised to contact Clean USA immediately. I also did a thorough internet search on crawl space and basement specialists and found that Clean USA is one of the specialists in my area. I was pleased when I first met Robert Videon, the president of Clean USA. He explained the problem in detail and provided a comforting solution. His visit released me from the horror I felt about my muddy crawl space.
Since the crawl space problem is going to a lawsuit against the builder of my house, I had to ask Robert to run a humidity test, provide pictures and documents. Because of the lawsuit, I also had to ask Robert to schedule and reschedule the project. He did all these in an absolute pleasant and efficient manner.
During the project, the professionals from Clean USA demonstrated great skills and delivered a beautiful work. They installed drain pipes, lights, pump, dehumidifier, and sealed the entire crawl space. Now, my crawl space is clean, dry, and smells fresh. I cannot thank Clean USA enough for what they did for me. The least I can do is to recommend Clean USA with full confidence and highest respect.
